Creating a dialer in Access

I have a form that looks up client account information. Included in this is a data line number that we use to manually create a dialup connection. Is there a way to create a dial button on the form, to pass a phone number and username/password to quickly connect to another system.

Take a gander at this site, it looks interesting. I haven't reviewed it but the site says it's for Access 95, so the code should be valid.
