I have been working on this project for awhile and have racked my brain constantly trying to decide how to best set up these relationships. I know the answer is so simple, but I cannot seem to grasp it. First and foremost, in no way will I claim to bean expert (or even really good) with Access. I know enough to be dangerous to myself...
I am trying to set up a database for Division Managers to Allocate Overtime hours weekly to Sub Divisions, and for the Sub Division Managers to allocate these hours to work areas. Within this database, the work areas will report OT hours used. Using Queries I will tie together weekly reports. The only problem I am having is in the relationship side of the house (What to use as a primary key). Please see attached screen shot of my relaiponships.
Any ideas will be very much appreciated.'
