Creating an email string in a report from query

I have the need to send out a monthly newsletter via e-mail. I have a query that returns the email addresses of my contacts - about 300 records. I would like to be able to create a report that puts their email addresses into a string, separated by commas, and group into 10 sets of 30.

Right now I just import query to Excel and concatenate. It is quick - but there must be a better way.

Any suggestions?
