Creating Backup files

Hey,

I have been manually making backups (copy and paste) of my BE database, but would like to have it done automatically for me, does any one have any pointers as to how that can be done? Thanks.

do it through dos, schedule a task with task manager, code in in Access module where you can internally make a backup copy. there are a million ways to do it so you don't have to remember. Task manager in windows may be the best...
