Creating custom dialog box to open report

Hi there,

I'm a Newbie to programming, so the answer is probably quite straightforward...

I've created a dialog box with three combo boxes, connected to one query... I wanted the user to be able to click on one selection taking them to a report.

Can anyone help me with the code for this one or an alternative solution if this is not the best way to go...
