creating forms and updating records

hi, can someone please help me? I've tried attaching a sample now a couple of times but it keeps failing so I hope this zipped attempt will work.

Here's what happens: each month we receive data and it is appended into a table now in access. Once the new data is in there it needs to be compared against historical data and fields can then be manually updated. How do you create a form to show the Newly added Customer data with only those Customers historical data down below, maybe in a split form?

Is it okay to pull in the same table as a header that could have a filter on it to pull in only new data and then pull the table in again as a subform in the detail area with the older data?
