How can i create a FAQ form that have the titles and when you click on a title it moves down the page to the information

can anchors actually be referenced this way, guy? it's not an HTML control, it's an active 'x' control, isn't it? I would guess it can't behave the same way, but then again I've never used it. I would have to run a test.
