Hello,

I am currently in the process of designing a database for a client of mine that really resembles a CRM system. Unfortunately there are a couple of issues that have arisen.

The client would like to an example/ a few examples of a CRM system in action to see that this is what he needs. Maybe he doesn't trust me I don't know! Does anyone have or know of somewhere that I may download a CRM system that I may show my client?

Also, advantageously I'd like a system that can be manipulated using Access in order to save time in producing the final system. I've made start in creating my own database (see relationship diagram below) but I've hit a bit of a block so if anyone could guide me on what to include in my own database or direct me to a CRM that I can edit using Access then I'd be most appreciative.

Thanks very much! :)

There's an Access template for Contact Management.

There's an Access template for Contact Management.

Yes I know, the essentials of which I've tried to use in my database design - see diagram.

However that doesn't really reflect my idea of a Customer Relations Management system. I essentially need something which contains the basics of the template but also has the ability to hold data referring to company products and market research.

You're right though the template is of help and I'll be showing this to the person whom I am designing the database for. Unfortunately he'd like to see a 'finished' example which the template isn't (although it is a useful basis)

Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it!
