Crystal report Alignment problem - Export to excel data only

Hi,

I am unable to align the grand total values. I tried by setting all the values with same hieght and width and also aligned all the values to left but no change in the ouput.

How to align the column value of the grand totals when export to excel data only.

when i export to excel the data looks like

col1 col2 col3 col4
AAAA BBBB 1 2
CCCC DDDD 3 4
Total 4 6

I need to align the total value under their respective columns [ col3 and col 4] but currently the total values present under col2 and col3.

Any idea how to get summary fields align under their respective columns?

If you use vertical guidelines and align your fields to this it will help keeping your data in the right columns in Excel.

try this - make the width of the Total field to the comined width of col1+col2.
