custom 'scroll' object

Instead of having a default scroll bar on a form (Horizontal), has anybody ever come across if it is possible to have two small command buttons (<) and (>) on the form in order to scroll left and right?

If so, how did you do it?

I've used button to "Jump" horizintally on a form, that is, click a button to set focus to a control which has the effect of scrolling horizontally.
