Custom Toolbars

Thanks to all that helped with my last form headache.

In the same form I have 2 custom toolbars, one for edit and the other for enter data modes ( same as the Solutions database enter / edit form example ).
Instead of the correct toolbar appearing when the form is opened it appears as soon as the database is opened.
How do I tie these toolbars to there specific form so they only appear when that form is in use.

Open the Form in Design View, in the Properties of the Form add the name of the toolbar to the Toolbar item

I've already done that when I created the toolbars, It makes no difference either way ( in the properties or not ).
The form was made to show only the Commandbar and custom toolbars..... However these settings are there as soon as the database is opened and not just there relavant form..?
