Customize Form

Does Access has the capability to create a form, let's say in the shape of a triagle?

Besically, I want to hide the default form (box) and only show the section of a picture (PNG with transparent background) that's not transparent.

I know in the samples forum there was one that does it in the shape of a car. I can't recall who or when, but if you dig through there it might still be posted.
