Hopefully this has not been discussed recently, I've spent hours searching for information but can't find any.
I am using Microsft Access 2010 and have created a table called courses. This table provides all the relevant information on a university course.
For data entry we decided to send the table by email using InfoPath 2010 and then we would manually import the data as the database is password protected. This sends fine to the recipient and they are able to respond with no problems through Outlook 2010. The response sits in the relevant folder in my Outlook 2010 inbox.
If the database is not password protected then the data imports fine into the table after manually importing it. When the database is password protected the following error message appears: "Cannot export data due to errors. Failure: Not a valid password" after selecting the record in outlook and right clicking it and selecting 'Export data to Microsoft Access'. I am using the same password to open the database.
I can't find any information on what I am doing wrong here, all Microsoft versions are 2010 and I have never used anything else. I hope this includes enough informaton to help.
