Data in a form from a table

I have an orders form which contains an order details subform. I want to be able to select a product name from a dropdown box and the rest of the subform (product description and price) populate automatically, which is not happening. I have the dropdown set up and it is working just fine, but the rest of the subform is not populating.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong or things that I can check to make sure they are correct? I am lost.

Can you post a cut down version of your Db. You wont be doing to much wrong, but there are too many possible things wrong to guess.
