data not carry forward after Hiting 'Enter'

when i click on ''New (blank) record'', department name keep carry forward but "PassMark" does not change with respect to "Department". Why? :banghead:

If you want to allow user to enter any value but have the textbox show value from Table2 to start in new record, need code in Current event to populate, same as you do for the combobox.
