data transfer by filling a form

Dear All!

I'd like to ask you to help me in the following. The issue is basic I think, but not for me...

I'd like to transfer the data entered in the fields of a form into the fields of a table (that uses the same values). This table is connected with one to one relation to the table which the form bases on.

(An automatic data-transfer would be desirable. If it is difficult a button will do as well.)

Please write if you have got any good idea or solution.

Why would you want to hold the same data in two seperate tables?

These fields works (together) as primery keys and in these fields are to connect the two tables.

After the registration I could bind the logically separated data with refrence
to the table filled through the form.
(table1:deliveries; table2:inspections; table3:measurements; table4:certificates >> a delivery can be inspected and/or measured or get certificate.)

Well, I think my problem could be solved when I could copy the necessery data from the table filled through the forms and then paste into another table according to the type of the delivery.
I couldn't solve this with the built in macros.
