Database only 1 user can open from the Network Drive (1 Viewer)

Hi,

My database is in a Network folder and it was working fine and multi users can open the database. But since 2022 when another user try to open the database we are getting the message like:

and now only one user can able to open the database at a time.

Could you please let me know how to fix this?

It's a bug caused by an update from Microsoft.

Update to the latest office version to fix the issue.

If they have had the update - then yes I'm afraid they will need to update their Office versions.
If their updates are controlled by the "IT Dept." and delayed they may need to poke the IT dept. to allow a quicker than usual update.
