Date Picker tutorial

Does anybody know of any tuorials for a date pikcer? I want to select an employee from a drop down box, and then select the date he starts work and the date he finishes work, then add that to the databse, and then have it so I display when he is working either in excel (coloured bars showing the period or work) Or show it in Access somehow. Thanks.

Not so fast. A2007 and newer have an integrated date picker. You don't need an activeX control. All you need to do is set properties on the control to say it is a date if it is unbound. Controls bound to date fields automatically enable the date picker.

I think the calendar control Alan gave you a link to was deprecated in A2010. But if not in 10, then definitely in 13 so go with the built-in feature instead.
