Date Repeating Function

Hey All,

I am in need of a Date Repeater in which the user can select a Start Date and an End Date as well as any of the weekdays (denoted by checkboxes). These dates will then be used to insert entries within one of the tables via SQL.

Does anyone have any examples of such a function or resources to help in my development of one?
