I am new to Access no doubt had been using some basic application before.
Here is a problems has really cost me a lot. I hope that some one can help me soonest.
I am try to create a DB for an insurence agent. E.g I havea table [All Info] which contains many fields and the problems are on the date (due date) and payment mode [Mode].
A report is required to indicate all policy holder when to pay their premium. However, therer are few condition on the payment mode where a data on the [Mode] with A (for annual- once in a year), (S- for semi, twice a year with 6 months ), Q (quaterly - four times a year).
Question is :
(1)
If my report required [1],[2],[3],....[12] (all indicate month) where :
(a) The [day] will indicate under the [month] with day number,
(b) When [mode] is Q, another 3 month with marking "X" under the related month,when [Mode] is S, another 1 month will indicate "X" under the month. No indication of "X" is required for mode of M or A.
(c) In the month of [3],[6],[9],[12] , marks with "."
(d) Others ; all empty.

How can I generate automatically in query another few rows (e.g for mode of Q, it will have another 3 diffrent date of payment.
Please help me &if u have any querries about my problems, please let me know.
