DateAdd Minutes

Trying to figure out the best way to determine how many minutes between times in the following format "minutes".

ORDER_DTM_GMT: 11/22/2009 1:23:56 PM
ORDER_COMPLETION_DTM_GMT: 11/22/2009 1:33:00 PM

What is the best format?

I have tried several that I have found...but they are touchy when return values.
Any suggestions?
