dbase security error how do I get it to go away

I have a dbase that was created in access2007. I setup the trust center by going to the microsoft button in the upper left conor. Then selected access options, trust center, trust center settings, trust center locations. and I added the path C:\MyPath and I put the check in the subfolders in the location are also trusted.
Now when I run the database on my laptop I have no issues. So I put the database on a user's laptop same location but when he runs it he gets the security notice errors. How can I fix that so the users don't get that error?

Have you set the trusted locations on the users computer also?

I tried but cant because they are using Access Runtime and it does not have the same options
