Delay Running a module

I have a module that does the following:
1. Open excel obtains data from another application and imports it into an access table
2. then with the data in the table (plus other information) creates a .txt file.

What I am trying to do is to write something that will wait for about 30seconds before it will start number 2.

I sure it's simple but for the life of me can't work it out.
