Delete Record From unrelated Form

Hi All,

I have a form based on Table A. When a yes/no tick is clicked in the form, I want to delete a record from Table B. The tables are joined by ID numbers. Can any one help me with the VBA here. Can't quite figure it out.

So what do you have? And how is it not working--error message, not deleted?
