Delete Relationship in a Linked DB?

I have split my DB into a FE/BE. There are users using this system individually for their own companies - so I cant really get access to their DB

I have 3 tables I need to straighten out that are linked to the FE. Table A has a relationship to Table B, but I need to delete that relationship and join Table B to Table C.

How can this be done programmatically?

K - did a better search here and found some good code to try - hopefully it isnt painfull as it looks!
