Hi,

I don't know if this is possible.

I have a database that produces quotes for a customer. In a few cases the quote goes onto 2 pages.
The first page is printed on their letterhead, but the second page goes onto plain paper.

Is it possible to set page margins to be different on the second and subsequent pages. At the moment they have to produce 2 page reports in wordperfect!

Thanks for your help

I don't know the answer to your question ("Can page margins be different on different pages") but in a similar situation I include the letterhead graphics/text in the 'Report Header' which only appears on the first page of a report

Also, are you able to print single report to different paper trays? (Or do you manually add a letterhead to the printer before printing?)

Thanks for your reply,

The client loads a letterhead each time they want to print, rather than printing from separate trays.

The letterhead layout is actually across the top and down the right hand side of the page, hence I need smaller side margins on the second page. I can't just put this in the report header, though for more conventional letterhead layouts this would solve the problem.

Thanks again.

Hi Sue

Are you not able to leave all of the pages with the same smaller width?
