disable flag icon on keyboard

Hi everyone..
Is there any Code to disable Flag Icon on keyboard..that for the user cant use it

From the research I was able to do, it is possible but only by editing the registry. Search for this topic: "Disable Windows key" for more on this action. The danger involved in doing this is that, because it is a registry change external to Access, you must set it back to normal when Access exits or else you have permanently disabled the key for cases when NOT in Access. It is your system, but to my way of thinking, this is an incredibly dangerous "fix" to contemplate because of how important that key is (under normal circumstances).
