disable right click customize ribbon option

hello all and a happy seasons greetings to all ,can you help please , I want to disable the right click option on the to customize the ribbon so users cannot access and modify the ribbon ,

Do you want to remove the ribbon and quick access toolbar completely (relatively easy) or lock them both but keep them visible (more tricky)
