Disabling of the SHIFT KEY Startup

Have almost secured my database using hide menu bar code from "EXODUS" but am just one final step from locking completly. Can you advise as to the code/toolbar option to disable the SHIFT KEY STARTUP, and if possible, can you write in some code or place a form control button (visible on current user = ME and no-one else) to re-enable the SHIFT KEY STARTUP for adjustments (Fail safe).
Note: DB has been error proofed and ready for distribution on a networking system.

You dont need to learn how to disable the shift key, you need to to learn how to use the SEARCH button There must be a 1000 posts here on this subject. Especially from ghudson
