I have MS Access 2000 on my WinXP Pro machine.

I have a PivotTable in my database "OrderCountV4" which pulls it's data from another database called "Count Comparison". "Count Comparison" is on our network and "OrderCountV4" connects to it by System DSN.

When I open "OrderCountV4" on a Win98 machine, open the PivotTable and refresh it works fine. But when I do the same thing on my WinXP machine by clicking the Refresh icon, I get a Disk or Network Error.

Any idea on how to correct this problem?

Thanks.

Win98 - Pre Domain Security
WinXP - Post Domain Security

Check your domain permissions on the server.

I have administrator rights on the server.

check the file permissions

As administrator to this Novell server, I have full permissions on all folders and files contained on the server.

This appears to be a problem within WinXP itself because I can log on to Win98 machines and the System DSN works properly.
