Display a blank form

Hi,
I have a table with room details, i.e length and width for various room like UPS room, equipment room, guard room etc. I have a form for this table where the user has to fill in the length and width. Each time I open the form to add a new record, the first record is displayed. I want a blank form to be displayed. I have a save button to save the input details. After saving also, a blank record should be display. How do I do this?

In the Form Properties set the DataEntry property to "Yes"

Try setting the Forms Data Entry property to Yes.
