Hello,
I am relatively new to Access and am currently in the middle of creating my first proper database, so please go easy on me if its a simple solution
.
Basically, I have a table (tblMissingKit) which I am displaying on a form. I have about 6/7 fields in that table, one being 'Item Found'. The values I will be inputting into this field are simply 1 and 0 (yes and no). I want any records that have the 'Item Found' set to 1, to be automatically disabled (to become greyed out) on the form - so the user can see at a glance, which Items of kit are still missing, and which have been found.
Any ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Taz
