I would like to know the best way to Export the actual reports from Access 97 for distribution to my end users. Quite a few of the reports are several hundred pages long so printing them out and distributing them is not ideal. Unforunately, exporting them to HTML format makes them very hard to read because the columns and rows don't line up very well. Exporting them to Excel is even worse, the formating makes them unreadable.

Any solutions out there?

Thanks.

I don't know if it has any length limitations but you could create snapshots of your reports (search in Access help). It does however, require that each user have the snapshot viewer (free from Microsoft). The snapshot will look exactly like your reports (formating, clarity, ect.) and they can print only pages that they need.
