Does Anyone Know...

Does anyone know how to run a requery and stay on the same record? It says to enter a Go To expression but I cant for the life of me find a good one. I published a thread almost like this yesterday and no one answered, I wonder if is really that hard to do??

You can bookmark the record, requery then return to the bookmark I think.
