I have a replicated database that I recently added a field to a form that's already been in use. In the Master this field is fine. However, in some of the replicas, this new field displays the common 'Name' error message. But it's not in all of them.

What can be doing this? Since the Master works right I synchronized it with the hub but that didn't correct it.

Wish I could help you but just commenting. You will be the replica guru once you get through all of this.

Thanks Autoeng! Ya, I'm learning a lot of do's and don'ts. I knew it was going to be complicated but so far for the most part it works really good.

The only reason I considered it was because our networked drive is soooo incredibly slow. In order to make things work quickly I had to wittle forms down to basically nothing. But now things open up very fast.

I'm working on some code for the program to use when dealing with conflicts. Got some bugs to work out though.

Thanks again!

I think I've found the best configuration I was looking for. An MDE file for the front-end. Linked to a local backend which is replicated. Solid. The MDE file's hard to corrupt and the backend will replicate very easily since it's only data. Woo-hoo!
:D
