I have a form see image below:
What i want to do is set up a If statement (maybe) to ensure that when the type of transaction is "sale" it will take the quantity of the transaction in the subform and subtract it from the total of the equipment in the main form. For example if i had 10 mini torches and then i made a transaction of type "sale" of a quantity of 4 mini torches. The total quantity in the main form would update to 6.
Could anyone give me some advice on how to do this
