drag and drop into list box

I'm looking for a way to drag and drop file(s), i.e. from windows explorer into an Access list box. I don't need anything super fancy, just the ability to grab the path value from what is dropped into the box & have a procedure run from there.
Is this even possible? I've scoured the web for ideas & looked through my reference books & nothing has turned up so far. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is an example of this in the Forms example database but I do not think it specifically addresses explorer into access. I cannot remember the filename but it is available at the Microsoft site behind the office links. I'll repost if I can find my copy of it!
