Drop-down box to get particular record

Does anyone know how I can add a drop down box to the top of my form that will show a list of all the records, so that someone can just pick one and it will take them to that record... as opposed to having to arrow through all the records to find the one you want?

Create a combo box using the wizard and choose option 3 "Find a record on my form" This will then give you all records to choose from in a drop down list and display the record you choose from the list on your form.
