Drop down menu AND manual entering in the same box

I was wondering if it is possible to have a drop down box where you can select a list of options but at the same time be able to enter a value manually without having to choose from the list.

Currently I have a drop down list when I click on the box and if you try and enter anything manually and then press enter I get the following error message:

'The text you entered isn't an item in the list'

'Select and item from the list, or enter text that matches one of the listed items'

Is what I am looking to do even possible? If so how would I go about doing it?

You can set the Combo's Limit To List property to No.

However the question you need to ask your self, first, is: "Is this really what I want to do?" and the answer to that question is going to be largely dependant on exactly what it is you are trying to achieve with this Combo Box.
