Hiya

I have on my form a drop down menu that is linked to my Products table.

The menu is part of the invoice

I have on the basic form, the following

Product Quantity Unit Price
(Drop Menu) (Number) (currency)

When I select something from the Products, it adds the price, this works perfect, but

I would like it to auto add the quantity as well, so select the product and add a 1 into the quantity?

Also, regarding the same area, Some of my products would involve a double product, for example :-

If I select Sarking Boards from the menu, I would aslo like it to add the number of nails that will be needed per Board.

So if I select 1 sarking board, can it also auto add 12 Nails in a new line?

If I select Sarkng Boards, and add 2 into the quantity, can it automatically add into a new line, Naigun Nails, Quantity 24?

Is this poss?

In theory, yes this is true. Having said that not all products would require the extras you could have a default qty for each product though.
