Dropdown arrow by Field Name

Since moving up to Access Version 2010 I've found my Datasheet-view Column headings have acquired a dropdown list. Can this be gotten rid of? It's caused my column names to disappear and be replaced by the downarrow shape. It's comes back if I widen the column but that mucks up the overall view.

Column headers should not completely disappear.

Can set form ShortcutMenu property to No. However, this will disable the right click shortcut menu as well as the dropdown filters.

Is there enough screen space to increase the column width?

Thank You June, that property setting did the trick. I never use the rick click thing so that's no loss. And Crock, yes possibly but the way it is now is spot on.
