Dropdown/Query (1 Viewer)

Can you help , I have 2 drop down boxes , the Ancillary dropdown filed are dependent on the value chosen in Machine ID. I have a query that looks at the value in Machine ID and provides a list of Ancillaries related to this choice. The query work fine as in I chose a machine , run the query and the correct ancillaries are displayed . How when I select the Ancilery dropdown the contents are incorrect, i think i need to refresh but not sure how this is done ?
