Duplicate Information

I have a table of information with ID numbers, names and addresses.

I would like to format a query which only shows the details which appear more than once in the table i.e. same surname and address appear 2 times or more.

Michelle,

Create a query from the table, then look at the icons in the design view and select the Autosum Icon, Groups, this will then allow you to add groups to the fields, then in the criteria for address or name then add Greater than 1 (>1)

That should give you a result you can work with.
