Duplicates in exported report...

Guys,

Have a report set up in a database of mine that obv. runs off a query, and I've set up a button to automatically run the query and export the report to an external file.

So I tried saving them as both .htm and .rtf but 2 of the entries on the report appear twice, unannounced. Any ideas?

Your report recordsource is probably a query which is creating duplicates of what you are displaying, you're just not seeing the field which has two values.
