Dynamic columns in Acces reports

Hello

I am coming from a SQL Server/Reporting Services background and have recently started developing in MYSQL with an Access front end.
In Access reports is it possible to allow the user of the report to select which columns will be displayed when the report is run?
Although not documented I managed to create this in Reporting services by dynamically setting the visibility property of the column from a multi value dropdown parameter, I am wondering can you do something similar in Access.

Any advice on this would be really appreciated.
