e-mail madness!!!!

I have a macro that sends out 22 different reports, 2 per person. The reports get to the people, but my problem is when the user clicks on a command button on a form to send these 22 reports a chose profile box pops up each time and she has to click ok or hit the enter key. After 22 times this gets old really fast. How can I fix this? Thanks!

It sounds as if the problem lies with your email software. Maybe you need to amend the default profile or set up a default profile that your email software will use automatically.

We use this functionality at work all the time and also get these select profile dialogs when we use it. It is to do with your email client and usually won't occur if this client is already open when you use this. Unless ofcourse, your email client has more than one profile setup on it.
