I have seen a lot of information on looping through a table and sending out e-mail to each contact. Is it possible to just have every e-mail address at the same time come up in the bcc area, instead of looping?

You have to use a loop because each time it loops through each record it adds the email address to a variable which is then placed in the To, CC, or BCC.

If you're only sending to one person you don't need to use a loop.

If this "group" is in an outlook / express email group, say for instance oyu have 3 people Jon, Joe and Jerry who use the same application...and are on an email group "ApplicationGroup". Then your code does not need looping...just use the email group and all three members will receive the e-mail.

Download the attachment in this post. I think this is what you mean. Although the topic being discussed is looping through the recordset, the example posted attaches all contacts to the one email rather than sending each contact a separate email.
