E-signitures in the reports

I am not even sure if this is a right place to ask something like that. But I thought you guys might have a recommendation for me. I need to put a signiture in one of my reports. How does one go about it? Do I need to buy a hardware or software for this? And if I do, can you recommend me the one I can use?
