Here is a recipe to help relieve the symptoms of Eczema. It has worked wonders for 8 of my clients, all of whom were in the IT industry, must be something about our industry

Please do not exceed the amounts indicated on the recipe and if youa re going to make this and try it, please try it on a localised area of the skin for a few days to make sure you do not have any adverse affects, which you shouldn't but there's no telling what other substances you may have in your blood streams.

Mix together

2 desert spoons acqueous cream
4 drops Roman Chamomile essential oil
4 drops Lavendar essential oil
3 drops Juniper Berry essential oil
4 desert spoons spring water
1 drop sandalwood essential oil (only if the eczema is dry, not if it is weeping)

I hope this helps some people out there.
