Edit Report!

Hi,

On my main form, I have a button which opens a report in
print preview mode with values.

Problem:

1. Is there a way I can go and edit my report? Like remove
spaces etc.

2. Is theer a way to print the report of multiple pages
as one single page report?

1. No, not after it is rendered. It is a graphic at that point. You need to do all your cleanup in design view.

2. Access doesn't have a "size to fit" option like Excel if that is what you're asking. Some printers support duplex (two-sided) printing and others support "booklet" style printing that will allow you to print two pages side-by-side.
